MCLEANSBORO — NCOE held off Greater Egyptian Conference foe Gallatin County 45-43 to wrap up play in the Foxes Invitational at Hamilton County.
NCOE junior Jaxon Simmons led all scorers with 21 points for the Fighting Cardinals, who finished 2-3 in the round robin tournament.
Grant Jackson tallied 10 points to lead the way for Gallatin County, who finished 1-4 in the tourney.
Both Simmons and Jackson were named to the All-Tournament Team.
