Congratulations to Hamilton County’s Rayce Phelps, our Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois in Mt. Vernon Prime Time Performer for February 3-8.
The junior scored 80 points, grabbed 18 rebounds to go with 7 assists and 8 steals in 3 games to help the Lady Foxes go 3-0 for the week. Phelps tallied 31 in a 61-60 win over Carmi-White County.
