BLUFORD — It will be the top seeds going head to head in the championship game of the Midland Trail Conference Tournament Saturday, as both Waltonville and Webber posted semifinal wins.
After the Spartans drilled Grayville 71-41, the Trojans held off Woodlawn in the second semifinal 60-51.
Nathaniel Marlow led Webber with 17 points, with Waylon Jones added 14.
Woodlawn’s Tyson Frick led all scorers with 19.
Here’s how trophy day stacks up Saturday. At 10:00, Red Hill will face Wayne City for fifth place, followed by Grayville and Woodlawn for third, with Waltonville and Webber set to tip off approximately at 1:00.
