Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois Prime Time Performer nominees

Voting is open and will run through midnight Sunday for the next Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois in Mt. Vernon Prime Time Performer.

Here are the nominees for November 18-23:

Suhmer Daubert, Vienna: The senior hit 12 3-pointers and scored 42 points helping the Lady Eagles to wins over Marion and West Frankfort to open the season.

Brody Elliott, Mt. Vernon: The junior bowler won the Salem Invitational with a total of 1375 pins, which helped the Rams win the team title as well.

Bella Fasolo, Pope Co.: The junior was named MVP of the Lady Bobcat Tip-Off Classic at Meridian after scoring 58 points, grabbing 19 rebounds, and recording 8 steals to help the Lady Pirates go 3-0 and win the championship.
Jamisen Green, Harrisburg: The junior scored 34 points including her 1000th career point helping the Lady Bulldogs to wins over Gallatin County and Carbondale to open the season. 

Emma Gregg, Salem: The senior was named MVP of the Du Quoin Lady Indian Tip-Off Tournament after scoring 56 points to help the Lady Wildcats go 4-0 and win the championship.

Lexie Mott, Chester: The junior was named MVP of the Sparta Tip-Off Invitational after scoring 76 points, grabbing 44 rebounds, and adding 5 steals to help the Lady Yellow Jackets to a 2-2 record for the week.

Rayci Phelps, Hamilton Co.: The junior scored 25 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and added 4 assists and 3 steals to help the Lady Foxes to a 55-43 win over Massac County.

Jace Weaver, Johnston City: The junior rushed 17 times for 91 yards and scored a touchdown in the Indians’ 41-22 loss to Maroa-Forsyth in the 2A Semifinals. Weaver finished the season with 1173 yards and 14 TDs.
