Congratulations to the Anna-Jonesboro Lady Wildcats cross country team, our Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois in Mt. Vernon Prime Time Performers for November 4-16.
The Lady Wildcats narrowly missed out on a state championship finishing third at the 1A State Meet. Just 6 points separated the top 3 teams. This is the second straight trophy for A-J and just the fifth for a girls team in the 618 region in the 46 year history of the girls championships.
