JOHNSTON CITY — The Johnston City Indians remained unbeaten on the season, hammering Flora 50-14 Saturday morning, after the game was postponed Friday due to poor weather.
The Indians led 14-0 after one quarter and extended that lead to 22-0 early in the second. Flora cut it to 22-8, but Johnston City tacked on another score just before half to take a 28-8 lead into intermission.
Up next, Johnston City (5-0) will travel to Hamilton County Friday night, while Flora will visit Fairfield Saturday afternoon.
