MARION – Chase Niemeyer and Brendan Mira each hit inside the park home runs to help Marion cruise past Youngstown (Ohio) 13-4 in an elimination game at the Colt World Series.
Trevor McClure added four hits and was on base five times to help ignite the Marion offense.
Marion has to come back and play Monterrey (Mexico) at 5:00 Monday afternoon in the final four. Monterrey beat Marion 5-2 in the opener Friday night.
