ELKVILLE — Elverado High School has a pair of new head coaches, but neither are new to the school.
Athletic Director Aaron Wright will add head boys basketball coach to his duties. Wright, who has officiated in the area for more than 30 years, is in his second year as the school’s AD.
Longtime softball and volleyball coach Donette Wheatley will be returning to the volleyball bench this fall. Wheatley last coached the Lady Falcons in 2019 when she led the team to back to back 23-win seasons.
