ELDORADO — Eldorado senior Adrianna Hendrix got the perfect bounce at the perfect time.
After Fairfield had tied the game 48-48 on Rylee Edwards’ basket with 11 seconds left in overtime, Hendrix dribbled the ball into the front court, stopping on the wing and letting a three-pointer fly with two seconds left. The ball hit the rim, bounced into air, and fell through the net as the buzzer sounded giving the Lady Eagles a 51-48 Black Diamond-East victory.
Hendrix led all scorers with 22 points. Edwards led the Lady Mules with 17 points.
