Webber pulls away late to take Conrad Allen Holiday Tournament title

WAYNE CITY — The Webber Trojans used a strong fourth quarter to pull away from Midland Trail Conference foe Cisne to win the championship of the 69th Conrad Allen Holiday Tournament at Wayne City 56-45.

This was a back and forth affair most of the night. The Lions led 27-26 at the half. The Trojans led 36-35 after three quarters before outscoring Cisne 20-10 in the decisive fourth quarter.

Nikkos Ulm led the way for Webber (8-1) with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Dylan French added 14 and Nathaniel Marlow 10 for the victorious Trojans. Cisne’s Anden Atwood led all scorers with 22.
