Voting is open and will run through midnight Friday for the next Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois Prime Time Performer.

Here are the nominees for November 6-11:

Isaac Blazier, Nashville: The junior caught 14 passes for 176 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Hornets’ 28-27 2A quarterfinal loss to Athens.

Gibson Fager, Murphysboro: The junior was 6-11 for 89 yards and a touchdown passing and rushed 4 times for 31 yards and another touchdown in the Red Devils’ 25-20 win over Harrisburg in the 4A quarterfinals. Fager’s TD pass to Josh Cano as time expired was the game winner.

Tevin Godsey, Harrisburg: The senior caught 3 passes for 117 yards with a touchdown, rushed 4 times for 21 yards, and had 5 tackles on defense in the Bulldogs’ 25-20 loss to Murphysboro in the 4A quarterfinals.

Caroline Simmons, Carmi-White County: The sophomore recorded 22 kills, 16 digs, and 1 ace in two matches at the state tournament. Simmons had 19 of those kills in the Lady Bulldogs loss to Rock Falls in the third place match.

Blayne Sisson, Mt. Carmel: The senior rushed 23 times for 216 yards and scored 4 touchdowns in addition to completing 10-12 passing for 139 yards and 2 more touchdowns in the Aces’ 56-46 3A quarterfinal win at Tolono Unity.
